As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within 5 business days
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of the money clearing into our bank account. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please note that we ship from several suppliers so different items may arrive on different days. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Make sure to retain the original packaging to re-use for the return of the damaged items.
Should you change your mind about a purchase then you have the option to return the item within 7 days of having received it and opt for a store credit or a refund. The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please keep the original packaging intact as additional re-packaging charges will apply if the original packaging is unusable.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was charged during the time of ordering.
To apply for returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise for our courier to pick up the item at your address. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will credit or refund you the amount you paid for the order less the cost of the courier pick up from your address.
All of the items listed on our store have a 12 month manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise specified. If any item has a warranty that is less than 12 months, it will be detailed on the product description. Do take care to read the descriptions before purchasing. If warranty information is NOT on the product description then be assured that the product comes with 12 months of warranty. Please keep the original packaging intact as additional re-packaging charges will apply if the original packaging is unusable.
